Classes

 

 

We hold two weekly yoga and meditation classes at Peppercorns Dartford, Kent.  

 

Classes are held every Tuesday evenings at 6pm till 7pm and Thursday mornings, at 10.30am till 11.30am. 

 

This activity is proven to be of benefit to general health and is taught by a qualified, experienced and friendly teacher.  

 

Our members, women of all ages and abilities tell us they enjoy meeting in a pleasant environment that is located in the centre of Dartford town and have seen many improvements in their lives.
